Day 1. Arrival to Lima (Dec, 27th)
Welcome to Peru !!!
You will arrive to the International Airport Jorge Chavez, in Lima, Peru; where a member of our staff will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel in Miraflores. You will have a welcome briefing and we’ll enjoy the first Pisco Sour (Peru’s national cocktail).
 
Day 2. Lima (Dec, 28th)
You could take a City Tour of Lima, also Known as “The City of the Kings”, and which is one of the few South American capitals that preserve its colonial past. You’ll visit the San Martín square, the Main Square, the Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the San Francisco Convent and its catacombs. If you take the tour in the afternoon, you could visit after the tour The Magic Circuit of Water.
 
Day 3. Cusco (Dec, 29th)
A morning flight will take us to Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca’s Empire, located in the Andes, and placed at 3,400 meter of altitude above the sea level. We’ll have a guided City Tour of Cusco and the nearest Inca Ruins’ in the afternoon and will visit The Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Kenko, Puca Pucara, between others ruins, and we’ll learn about the fascinating past and present of this City.
 
Day 4. Sacred Valley – Pisac – Urubamba (Dec, 30th)
We’ll go on an excursion with our local guide along the Sacred Valley of the Incas and we’ll visit the impressive ruins of Pisac and its famous Indian market. After lunch, we’ll go further down the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba, and we’ll visit in our way a small llama farm and we’ll also have a drink in a local “chicha bar”. At the end of the afternoon we’ll take a train toward Aguas Calientes, where we’ll spend the night.
 
Day 5. Machu Picchu (Dec, 31st)
We get up really early today to ascents over some mountains, and our walk will be rewarded with a panoramic and unique view of Machu Picchu.  We´ll have a guided tour of the site, and then will have time for yourselves to wander around this amazing Inca Ruin. If you are feeling energetic, there will be time for going up the steep to the “Huayna Picchu,” known as the “young mountain,” which rises behind the sanctuary of Machu Picchu.  From the Huayna Picchu Mountain you’ll have a great view of Machu Picchu from a totally different angle. After the visit, we’ll take a train back to Cusco to celebrated the New Year !!!
 
Day 6. Cusco (Jan, 1st)
After a good celebration, you’ll have a free day in this amazing city to relax, to walk around or to do some shopping; before continuing our trip to the south.
 
Day 7. Cusco – Puno (Jan, 2nd)
We’ll take a bus toward Puno and will enjoy in our way beautiful landscapes, Andean mountains, and some vicuñas. It will take us around 8 hours to get to Puno, and once we get there, we’ll be taken to our hotel to have some rest.
 
Day 8. Titicaca Lake (Jan, 3rd)
We embark in a boat on the highest navigable lake in the world and will take a tour to some islands of the Titicaca Lake. First we explore the fascinating floating reed islands of the indigenous “Uros” population, while our local guide explain us about the local traditions of these islands made out of Totora reeds, and then our trip continues to the island “Taquile”, habited by a self supporting Aymara community. After the visit, we’ll be taken to the airport from where we’ll fly bach to Lima, taking with us memories of an amazing experience. Once in Lima, we’ll take you to your hotel to spend the night.
